Interview With Geisa Fernandes of QuaranJazz

I had the total pleasure of being welcomed to Quaranjazz, a new global jazz podcast run by the wonderful Brazilian singer/songwriter and researcher Geisa Fernandes (check her music out; it's lovely and moving, at all once). In this interview I go in depth. I go in depth not only into my music, but the stories behind the music, and how both story and music combine and complement one another.

Quaranjazz is dedicated to jazz, but also to observing the perspectives of jazz musicians in our changed and stalled world. I, for one, had considered recording this music in the studio before the pandemic hit. However, I only have audio clips from my live gigs in London that I'd had filmed. They turned out great, nevertheless, and so I do hope you enjoy our interview!
