I Got Playlisted on Spotify!

So, imagine my surprise when the email came to me about being added to a well-known Spotify playlist! My piece “Edinburgh Sunshine” was added to Fresh Finds Jazz. Honestly, this placement is incredibly special, because Edinburgh Sunshine was among of the first pieces I wrote in the beginning of my cruise-ship career. I hadn’t been working more than three months before I found myself in Edinburgh, in that Sunshine….

Actually, Edinburgh Sunshine was split into TWO tracks on the album. “Edinburgh Castle and the Five Notes” is the intro to the former. If you read the Story, you’ll learn all about how I had heard five notes, being sung by a men’s choir in the distance as I looked at Edinburgh Castle, gleaming in the sunshine on a summer day….
